We want you to love your frames as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange period for all eyewear. If your style isn't a perfect fit, we provide free shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges to ensure you find your perfect pair.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Option

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your frames for a new style or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your Base Frames and Top Frames in their original protective packaging.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, and we will process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
