How do your customizable Top Frames work?
Our unique design features a Base Frame with hidden magnets that allow you to snap on different 'Top Frames.' This lets you change your style, color, or pattern in seconds without needing a new prescription.
Can I order prescription lenses with my frames?
Yes, we offer a wide range of prescription options including single-vision, progressive, and readers. Simply upload your prescription during checkout or email it to our support team later.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you aren't completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange them for free within 30 days of delivery, including prescription orders.
Do you offer blue light filtering or polarized lenses?
Absolutely. You can add blue light filtering to any clear lens to reduce eye strain, and we offer premium polarized lenses for all of our sunglass options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing and shipping typically take 7-10 business days for prescription orders. Non-prescription items and Top Frames usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do you accept vision insurance or HSA/FSA?
We are an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. You can use your HSA or FSA debit card at checkout, or request an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement from your provider.
